Not everyone at the table wants pizza, and OPS has them covered. Subs are toasted on fresh bread: hot Italian, cold cuts, a Philly-style steak sub, a BLT and a proper gyro. The Americana side of the menu has the OPS Classic Burger, a BBQ Burger With a Bite, a Mushroom Swiss, the Moody Blues with blue cheese, and two stacked monsters, The Bulldog and the Flying Buffalo.
For something lighter there are Chicken Caesar, Buffalo Chicken and Buffalo Grilled Shrimp wraps. Pair any of them with onion rings or fries. It is a reliable lunch stop off I-95 in Kingsland and a quick pickup in St. Marys and Fernandina Beach.
