OPS has been stretching New York–style dough by hand in Camden County since 2003. The crust is thin in the middle, with a crisp, chewy edge you can fold down the center, the way a proper NY slice should eat. Every pie starts with our house tomato sauce and whole-milk mozzarella, then goes into the oven in three sizes: a 10-inch personal, a 14-inch medium and a 16-inch large.
Keep it simple with a plain cheese pie, or load it up with a Deluxe, Meat Lovers or Veggie. In a hurry? Grab a cheese slice for $3.50 at the counter. Every location bakes the same recipe, so a pizza in Fernandina Beach tastes like a pizza in Kingsland.
