Skipping wheat shouldn’t mean skipping pizza night. OPS bakes a gluten-free crust and a cauliflower crust, and both can be topped like any other pie on the menu. The gluten-free cheese pizza is $16. Ask for it specialty-style, with Deluxe, Veggie or Meat Lovers toppings, for $19.50.
The cauliflower crust is lower in carbs and has a crisp, savory bite. The cheese version is $22 and the specialty version is $29. Our kitchen also handles regular flour, so tell your server or note it on your online order if you have celiac disease or a serious allergy.
