When plain pepperoni won’t cut it, the OPS gourmet list is where regulars go. These pies keep our New York–style thin crust and swap in sauces you won’t find on a chain menu: spicy garlic, creamy alfredo, basil pesto, a house Spicy Caribbean sauce and tangy BBQ.
The Chef’s Special is the one to try first. It brings spicy garlic sauce, chicken, diced tomato, fresh jalapeño, broccoli and spinach under feta and mozzarella. Ask for the OPS Original BLT, built cold over hot, or keep it classic with a Margherita of fresh tomato, buffalo mozzarella and basil.
